Facebook marketing solutions just made an announcement 10 minutes ago regarding Facebook Places. Facebook Places is equivalent to FourSquare, and will probably kill it.

Facebook users will be able to ‘check in’ to your business or location, letting everyone know where they are. This could work especially great if you’re a pub / club / restaurant.
